Summary:  Written from prompt #11 - Clark finds out Lex never went trick or treating for Halloween. Lionel just didn’t allow it. So Clark goes out of his way to make sure Lex gets a chance to Trick or Treat and/or escort a group of the younger children around the neighborhood.
