A/N: Extremely belated fic for tallihensia who bid on a story from me in the help_nz auctions. She gave me several prompts, and I chose this one: Lex breaths in Fairy Dust... strange and magical things happen. This is a prompt that should have leant itself to silly happenings, but this story doesn’t go there. Sorry about that.
