Newbie seeking help

I am new to this community even if I am not with the fandom itself and am seeking help. I read a fic a while back and thought that I had saved it to my computer but can't find it. It is a future fic. I can't remember if it is slash or gen. Lex either looses his memory or is de-aged but all he remember is his time in smallville, nothing since. Clark protects him from the Justice League and then has them change his memories too and they both get sent to another world or dimension or something where if Lex turns evil again, he can't hurt anyone. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
