When I watch Season 1-3 I think of the next Seasons and it hurts.

I feel the same way. I watched a Clex vid the other day and it had lots of clips from Seasons 1-3. It actually made me cry :(

I love the first one of Lex. It always redefines for me the Lex character. The sociopathic Lex of the comics seems so far removed from this complex and emotional Lex.

It's good to know I'm not the only one longing for the good ole days. Today, it seems like the producers keep throwing new characters in (Smallville, for the love of God) because they have no creative bones. What's up for season 8? Mulder and Scully?

I envision the writers of the first couple of seasons jumping ship because the producers don't care a wit about comic canon or even continuity.

I'm watching Kyle XY thinking "This is how SV should have been." They treat their demographic as if they are thinking ppl.

These thoughts always make me misty about SV. I can't watch any more; the episodes I've scanned - just Gawd awful. :(
